Borrower shall have furnished Lender with an original Architect’s Certificate, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Lender, from the Architect relating to the Architect’s Contract for architectural services necessary to construct the Project.

Architect’s Certificate means a Certificate from the Architect for a Project, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to PTR, wherein the Architect acknowledges the collateral assignment of the Architect's Agreement and the Plans prepared by such Architect from Borrower to PTR pursuant to this Agreement and agrees to perform all of its obligations under the Architect's Agreement in the event PTR takes possession of the subject Project in connection with the exercise of its remedies hereunder or under the Security Documents after an Event of Default.
