Architect/Engineer means the person or organization designated to perform the functions of Architect/Engineer or Project Architect, for this Contract, or in a separate writing signed by a Contracting Officer.
Architect/Engineer means the firm and authorized representatives of the firm engaged by the Owner for architectural and engineering services related to this project.
Architect/Engineer means the persons, firms, partnerships, corporations or other business entities under contract with the Owner as architect, engineer or both. Where the University self-performs these roles, the Architect/Engineer (“A/E”) is Facilities Planning & Construction Management of Illinois State University.
More Definitions of Architect/Engineer
Architect/Engineer means the Architect/Engineer or the Architect/Engineer’s authorized representative. The Owner may, at its option, designate a qualified Owner representative to serve as the Architect/Engineer on the Project instead of an outside firm or person. In such event, the references in these General Conditions that refer to the Architect/Engineer shall apply to the Owner-designated Architect/Engineer representative and the Owner- designated Architect/Engineer representative shall be accorded that same status by the Prime Contractor.
Architect/Engineer means the person designated by the Commissioner to provide the Contract drawings and Detailed Specifications for the Work you are to perform.
Architect/Engineer means the Person contracted by the Owner to make drawings and specifications and, to provide contract administration of the Work contemplated by the Contract to the extent provided herein or by supplemental instruction of Owner (under which Owner may delegate responsibilities of the Owner’s Authorized Representative to the Architect/Engineer), in accordance with ORS Chapter 671 (Architects) or ORS Chapter 672 (Engineers) and administrative rules adopted thereunder.
Architect/Engineer means the person or entity identified in the Project Information section of the Agreement, and includes but is not limited to the Architect/Engineer’s employees, agents, representatives, subcontractors, consultants, and subconsultants, and any other entity or individual that has contracted with Architect/Engineer in connection with the Project. Although the term

Architect/Engineer means, collectively, _ the architectural and engineering firms contracted By Owner to perform all of the professional architectural and engineering design services, and any licensed professionals and other personnel working under the Architect/Engineer’s supervision, or otherwise engaged by Owner to prepare the design for all or a portion of the Project.
Architect/Engineer means the "Contracting Officer".
