Arch Properties definition

Arch Properties means the real properties that are Arch Contributed Assets.
Arch Properties means the land, buildings and improvements either owned or leased by Arch or any of its Subsidiaries (including property being used by a person who is a toll manufacturer for Arch or any of its Subsidiaries), in each case immediately following the Distribution Date or which is transferred to Arch or any of its Subsidiaries in connection with the Distribution, other than the Arch Shared Sites and Arch Sites.

Examples of Arch Properties in a sentence

  • Section 5.7(a) of the Arch Disclosure Letter also identifies all Arch Properties that also are used as of the date hereof by other businesses of Arch or its Affiliates and describes the nature of such use by such other businesses of Arch or its Affiliates, and such use does not interfere with the operation of the Arch Business.

  • The improvements to the Arch Properties (and the current uses thereof) do not (i) violate set-back, building or side lines, or any applicable land use covenants, zoning regulations or similar enforceable restrictions or (ii) encroach on any easements located on the Arch Properties.

  • Other than Permitted Encumbrances, there are no encroachments upon the Arch Properties and no improvements to any Arch Properties encroach onto any adjacent property, except for such encroachments as have not had and would not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a material adverse effect on a particular item of real property.

  • Any and all costs associated with dispossessory or eviction shall be the responsibility of the tenant and shall be paid within thirty (30) days of incurring such costs to Arch Properties and Investment, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

  • If, prior to moving out, you do not clean the items listed below or do not leave them in satisfactory working order, the following charges may be deducted from your Security Deposit or reimbursable to Arch Properties and Investment if your Security Deposit is insufficient to cover the charges.

  • In the event of an emergency outside normal business hours, should Lessee effect any lock alteration or key change, Lessee shall deliver new key(s) to Arch Properties and Investment no later than the close of the first business day following such alteration or change.

  • Arch Properties & Investment and Lessee(s) heretofore entered into a lease agreement dated , herein called “Lease Agreement,” pursuant to which Arch Properties and Investment furnished for Lessee(s), as identified above, and WHEREAS, Lessor and Lessee(s) desire at this time to further extend and amend said lease agreement as hereinafter set forth.

Related to Arch Properties

  • Subject Properties has the meaning specified in Section 5.13(a).

  • Real Properties means, at any time, a collective reference to each of the facilities and real properties owned, leased or operated by the Consolidated Parties at such time.

  • Initial Properties means collectively the Properties listed on Schedule 1.1 and “Initial Property” means any of such Properties.

  • Leased Properties have the meaning set forth in Section 3.16 herein.

  • The Properties means and refer to all such existing properties, and additions thereto, as are subject to this Declaration or any Supplemental Declaration under the provisions of Article II, hereof.
