The institution and program understand that any information or material received or generated by the ARC-PA in connection with the accreditation process will be kept confidential except to the extent necessary to enable the ARC-PA to make informed accreditation decisions and will not be released outside of the ARC-PA unless the institution has authorized such release or such release is required by law.

E) The University will conduct thorough evaluations of Students, both formative and summative, through the use of multiple assessment approaches to ensure Students are meeting the learning outcomes of the program as they relate to ARC-PA standards.
ARCPA and UMH mutually agree to cooperate at all times from and after the Effective Date with respect to any of the matters described herein, and to execute such further documents as may be reasonably requested for the purpose of giving effect to, evidencing or giving notice of, the transactions evidence by this ROA.
