The business of the Company shall be conducted under the name of “ ARC Hospitality Portfolio I Holdco, LLC” in the State of Delaware and under such name or such assumed names as the Managing Member deems necessary or appropriate to comply with the requirements of any other jurisdiction in which the Company may be required to qualify.
