ARC ENTITIES means Borrower; American Retirement Communities, L.P., a Tennessee limited partnership ("ARC, LP"), American Retirement Communities, LLC ("ARC, LLC"), a Tennessee limited liability company; American Retirement Corporation II, formerly known as "American Retirement Corporation ("ARC"), a Tennessee corporation; A.R.C. Management Corporation ("ARCM"), a Tennessee corporation; ARC Chattanooga, Inc., a Tennessee corporation; ARC Fort Austin Properties, Inc., a Tennessee corporation; ARC Corpus Christi, Inc., a Tennessee corporation; ARC Oak Park, Inc., a Tennessee corporation; Trinity Towers Limited Partnership, a Tennessee limited partnership; Hollxx Xxxrt Terrace Limited Partnership, a _____________ limited partnership; ARCLP-Charlotte, L.L.C., a ________________ limited liability company; and all other Subsidiaries of Borrower from time to time.

Related to ARC ENTITIES

  • Seller Entities means, collectively, Seller and all Seller Subsidiaries.

  • Company Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Target Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • PJM Entities means PJM, including the Market Monitoring Unit, the PJM Board, and PJM’s officers, employees, representatives, advisors, contractors, and consultants. PJM Interchange:

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Buyer Entities means, collectively, Buyer and all Buyer Subsidiaries.

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.5.

  • Company Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of the Company.

  • Parent Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of Parent.

  • Seller Subsidiaries means the subsidiary partnerships of the McNeil Partnerships listed on Annex G to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Partnerships") and the subsidiary corporations listed on Annex F to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Corporations") which hold GP Interests in certain of the Subsidiary Partnerships.

  • SpinCo Entities means the entities, the equity, partnership, membership, limited liability, joint venture or similar interests of which are set forth on Schedule IV under the caption “Joint Ventures and Minority Investments.”

  • Partnership Entities means the General Partner and each member of the Partnership Group.

  • Parent Entities means, collectively, Parent and all Parent Subsidiaries.

  • Released Entities means released entities as such term is defined

  • Parent Parties has the meaning set forth in ARTICLE V.

  • Operating Subsidiaries means, collectively, the Corporation and HST, each a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Trust, and "Operating Subsidiary" means either of the Corporation or HST, as applicable.

  • Related Entities means contractors and subcontractors of a Party at any tier; grantees, investigators, customers, and users of a Party at any tier and their contractors or subcontractor at any tier; or, employees of the Party or any of the foregoing.

  • Partnership Parties has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble.

  • Holding Entities means the subsidiaries of Brookfield Renewable Energy L.P., from time to time, through which it indirectly holds all of the Partnership’s interests in the Operating Entities.

  • Buyer Group Member means the Buyer, its Affiliates, and each of their successors and assigns, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents.

  • Company Parties means the collective reference to Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, including the Borrower, and “Company Party” means any one of them.

  • Operating Companies means, collectively, the Creekside Operating Company, the Mentone Operating Company and the Yucaipa Operating Company. “Operating Company” means any of the Operating Companies.

  • Seller Parties has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Seller Group Member means (a) Seller and its Affiliates, (b) directors, officers and employees of Seller and its Affiliates and (c) the successors and assigns of the foregoing.
