Aquatic Facility definition
Aquatic Facility means a physical place that contains one or more public swimming pools and support infrastructure.

Aquatic Facility means any structure or area within a state park designated by the director or designee for aquatic activi- ties including, but not limited to, swimming pools, wading pools, swimming beaches, floats, docks, ramps, piers or underwater parks.
