Accordingly it is agreed that, if any of such restrictions shall be found to be invalid or unenforceable as going beyond what is reasonable in all the circumstances for the protection of the interests of the Purchaser or the Vendor or otherwise, but would be valid or enforceable if part of the wording of the restriction were deleted or the period for which it applies were reduced or the range of activities or area dealt with by it were reduced in scope, the restriction concerned shall apply with such modifications as may be necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
