More Definitions of Aptamer

Aptamer. Aptamer shall mean an oligonucleotide identified through the SELEX Process.
Aptamer means a non-naturally occurring nucleic acid ligand, which may be identified, e.g., through the SELEX Process, having a specific binding affinity for a target molecule, including without limitation, small molecules and proteins, and any structural variations and modifications, derivatives, homologs, analogs or mimetics thereof, but excluding Photoaptamers.
Aptamer means an oligonucleotide that (i) specifically binds to a target protein, and (ii) is covered by a claim within U.S. Patent [***] or, but for the expiration, earlier termination, or decision of a court or other governmental agency of competent jurisdiction holding all claims permanently revoked, unenforceable or invalid of U.S. Patent [***], would have been covered by a claim within U.S. Patent [***].
Aptamer means an oligonucleotide that was designed to specifically bind, and does specifically bind, to a target protein.
Aptamer means oligonucleotide sequence composed of nucleic acids and their analogs utilized solely for the recognition and binding of target molecules, including protein(s), peptides, hormones, post translational modifications of any of the foregoing, or sensing of individual or sequence of amino acid residues.
Aptamer means any naturally or non-naturally occurring oligonucleotide identified through the SELEX Process but excluding Spiegelmers.
