APSSD official definition

APSSD official means a member of the board of directors or board of trustees of an APSSD; anyone holding an ownership interest in the APSSD; an officer, employee, administrator, or supervisor of an APSSD; or anyone responsible for making recommendations regarding hiring or the purchase or acquisition of any property or service(s) by the APSSD.

  • authorised official means a person authorised to implement the provisions of this By-law, including but not limited to–

  • Elected official means any person elected at a general or

  • Government Official means any officer or employee of a Governmental Authority or any department, agency or instrumentality thereof, including state-owned entities, or of a public organization or any person acting in an official capacity for or on behalf of any such government, department, agency, or instrumentality or on behalf of any such public organization.

  • Authorized Official , means any peace officer authorized in terms of section 334 of the Criminal Procedures Act, 1977 (Act No 51 of 1977), as amended, or any employee of the Theewaterskloof Municipality, who is authorized by the Theewaterskloof Municipality to enforce the provisions of this by-law;

  • Official Gazette means the Official Gazette of the Government;

  • Official means the awarding authority/officer acting on behalf of the City in the execution of the Contract.
