Approved Transfer Facility definition

Approved Transfer Facility means the Xxxxx Island Resource Recovery Park at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Road, Milpitas CA, which is owned by Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Industries of California, which may be used for Transferring materials to Alternative Facilities.
Approved Transfer Facility means the Mission Trail Waste Systems MRF / Transfer Station at 1313 00 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, XX 00000, which is owned by Mission Trail Waste Systems (MTWS).
