Approved Sub-manager means any sub-manager as the Agent may approve in writing which, at the date of this Agreement, includes V. Ships Ship Management, X'Xxxxx International Shipping, Hellespont Shipping, Anglo-Eastern Ship Management, Fleet Management, Zenith Ship Management, Astor Shipmanagement, Synergy Marine, X.X. Xxxxx, Univan Ship Management Limited, Optimum Ship Services Ltd and any Affiliates or Subsidiary of the Technical Manager and the Commercial Manager.
Approved Sub-manager means Zenith Ship Management, Astor Shipmanagement, Synergy Marine, X.X. Xxxxx, Optimum Ship Services Ltd and any Affiliates or Subsidiary of the Technical Manager and the Commercial Manager.

More Definitions of Approved Sub-manager

Approved Sub-manager means any company providing commercial or technical management services in respect of ships of the same type as the Ships and falling within the definition of "Approved Ship Manager".

Approved Sub-manager means, in relation to an Approved Manager, any sub-manager appointed by an Approved Manager with the approval of the Agent, with the authorisation of the Majority Lenders, pursuant to Clause 23.17 (Management Agreement).

Related to Approved Sub-manager

  • Sub-Manager Any Person with which the Property Manager or the Special Servicer has entered into a Sub-Management Agreement.

  • Qualified Manager means in the reasonable judgment of Lender, a reputable and experienced management organization (which may be an Affiliate of Borrower) possessing experience in managing properties similar in size, scope, use and value as the Property, provided, that Borrower shall have obtained (i) prior written confirmation from the applicable Rating Agencies that management of the Property by such Person will not cause a downgrade, withdrawal or qualification of the then current ratings of the Securities or any class thereof and (ii) if such Person is an Affiliate of Borrower, an Additional Insolvency Opinion.

  • Approved Manager means, in relation to each Ship, Allseas Marine S.A. a corporation organised and existing under the laws of the Republic of Liberia, having its registered office at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx and maintaining a ship management office at Voula Center, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx 000-000, 000 00 Xxxxx, Xxxxxx or any other company which the Agent may, with the authorisation of the Majority Lenders, approve from time to time as the technical and/or commercial manager of a Ship;

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.

  • approved person means, in respect of a member (Member) of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC), an individual who is a partner, director, officer, employee or agent of a Member who is approved by IIROC or another Canadian SRO to perform any function required under any IIROC or other Canadian SRO by-law, rule, or policy;
