Approved storage facility definition

Approved storage facility means – A facility for the storage of explosive materials conforming to the requirements of the Rules in this Section and covered by a license or permit issued under authority of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. (See 27 CFR Part 55.)
Approved storage facility means a place where explosives are stored consisting of one or more approved magazines, conforming to the requirements of Title 272 and covered by a permit issued by the Nebraska State Patrol.
Approved storage facility means a facility for the storage of explosive materials covered by a license or permit issued under authority of the appropriate federal agency.
