Approved Marketing definition

Approved Marketing means marketing by using the Tracker via the Operator’s approved Banners and Text Links and Promotional Messaging, including promotion on the Affiliate’s websites;

  • For the avoidance of doubt, no marketing other than Approved Marketing shall be permissible and Banners and Text Links used by the Affiliate pursuant to this Agreement shall direct traffic only to the Operator’s Sites.
