Approved Maintenance Facility definition

Approved Maintenance Facility has the meaning set forth in Section 7(c)(i) of the Lease.
Approved Maintenance Facility shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(b)(i).
Approved Maintenance Facility means a maintenance facility approved by EASA pursuant to EASA Part 145 regulations and the Aviation Authority or such other maintenance facility as Lessor may approve in its sole discretion, for the accomplishment of the maintenance, testing, inspection, repair, overhaul or modification that is intended to be accomplished with respect to the Airframe, any Engine, any Landing Gear, the APU or any Part, as the case may be.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Scheduled Maintenance means any adjustment, repair, removal, disassembly, cleaning, or replacement of components or systems required by the manufacturer which is performed on a periodic basis to prevent part failure or equipment or engine malfunction, or anticipated as necessary to correct an overt indication of malfunction or failure for which periodic maintenance is not appropriate.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under §175A of the CAA, as amended.

  • Maintenance Programme shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Outsourcing facility means a facility that is engaged in the compounding of sterile drugs and is currently registered as an outsourcing facility with the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services and that complies with all applicable requirements of federal and state law, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

  • Marijuana testing facility means an entity licensed to analyze and certify the safety and potency of marijuana.
