Approved Goods and Services definition

Approved Goods and Services means goods sold and/or services rendered by Borrowers in the Ordinary Course of Business, in compliance with all Laws, and consistent with the type of goods sold and/or services rendered by Borrowers throughout all or substantially all of its business operations as of the Closing Date.

  • Goods and Services or "goods or services" means any work, labor, commodities, equipment, materials, or supplies of any tangible or intangible nature, except real property or any interest therein, provided or performed through a contract awarded by a purchasing agent, including goods and property subject to N.J.S.A. 12A:2-101 et seq.

  • Medical marijuana concentrate means a specific subset of Medical Marijuana that was produced by extracting Cannabinoids from Medical Marijuana. Categories of Medical Marijuana Concentrate include Water-Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate, Food-Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate, Solvent-Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate, and Heat/Pressure- Based Medical Marijuana Concentrate.

  • Eligible Finished Goods Inventory means Eligible Inventory consisting of finished goods available for sale (as determined in a manner acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its Permitted Discretion and consistent with past practices).
