Approved FF&E Expenses definition

Approved FF&E Expenses means FF&E Expenses incurred by Owner and either (a) included in the Approved Annual Budget or (b) approved by Lender and Mortgage Lender, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed; provided that any FF&E Expenses included in Approved Scheduled PIP Expenses shall not constitute Approved FF&E Expenses.
Approved FF&E Expenses means (i) Approved Capital Expenditures and (ii) FF&E Expenses incurred by Borrower or Master Tenant, which (a) are included in the Approved Annual Budget for the current calendar month or (b) approved by Lender, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
Approved FF&E Expenses means (i) FF&E Expenses incurred by Owner and either (a) included in the Approved Annual Budget or (b) approved by Lender and Mortgage Lender, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed and (ii) Mezzanine Loan Agreement New/Renewal Flagging Costs for which PIP Dedicated FF&E Reserve Funds have been dedicated in accordance with Section 4.34(e)(ii) of the Mortgage Loan Agreement; provided that any FF&E Expenses included in Approved Scheduled PIP Expenses shall not constitute Approved FF&E Expenses.

  • Subject to the terms of this Schedule 2 and Section 2.3(c), so long as no uncured Event of Default exists, Administrative Agent shall make disbursements from the FF&E Reserve Account for Approved FF&E Expenses that are actually due and payable, to the extent funds are available in the FF&E Reserve Account.

  • Approved Operating Expenses operating expenses incurred by Borrower which (i) are included in the Approved Operating Budget for the current calendar month, (ii) are for real estate taxes, insurance premiums, electric, gas, oil, water, sewer or other utility service to the Property or (iii) have been approved by Lender, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

  • Program Expenses means all UHC’s expenses of administering the Program under the Indenture and the Act and shall include without limiting the generality of the foregoing; salaries, supplies, utilities, labor, materials, office rent, maintenance, furnishings, equipment, machinery and apparatus, including information processing equipment; software, insurance premiums, credit enhancement fees, legal, accounting, management, consulting and banking services and expenses; Fiduciary Expenses; remarketing fees; Costs of Issuance not paid from proceeds of Bonds; and payments to pension, retirement, health and hospitalization funds; and any other expenses required or permitted to be paid by UHC.

  • Recovery Expenses means, for any Recovery Quarter, the amount of actual, reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket expenses (other than Capitalized Expenditures) paid to third parties (other than Affiliates of the Assuming Bank) by or on behalf of the Assuming Bank, as limited by Sections 3.2(c) and (d) of Article III to this Commercial Shared-Loss Agreement, to recover amounts owed with respect to (i) any Shared-Loss Asset as to which a Charge-Off was effected prior to the end of the final Shared-Loss Quarter (provided that such amounts were incurred no earlier than the date the first Charge-Off on such Shared-Loss Asset could have been reflected on the Accounting Records of the Assuming Bank), and (ii) Failed Bank Charge-Offs/Write-Downs (including, in each case, all costs and expenses related to an Environmental Assessment and any other costs or expenses related to any environmental conditions with respect to the Shared-Loss Assets (it being understood that any remediation expenses for any such pollutant or contaminant are not recoverable if in excess of $200,000 per Shared-Loss Asset, without the Assuming Bank having obtained the prior consent of the Receiver for such expenses); provided, that, so long as income with respect to a Shared-Loss Loan is being prorated pursuant to the arithmetical formula in subsection (II) of the definition of “Recoveries”, the term “Recovery Expenses” shall not include that portion of any such expenses paid during such Recovery Quarter to recover any amounts owed on that Shared-Loss Loan that is derived by: subtracting (1) the product derived by multiplying:

  • Replacement Costs means the expenditures for obtaining and installing equipment, accessories or appurtenances which are necessary during the useful life of the treatment works to maintain the capacity and performance for which such works were designed and constructed.

  • Property Protection Expenses Any costs and expenses incurred by the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer or the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.04, 3.07, 3.10(f), 3.10(g) or 3.17(b) or indicated herein as being a cost or expense of the Lower-Tier REMIC to be advanced by the Master Servicer or the Trustee, as applicable.

  • Preservation Expenses Expenditures made by the Servicer in connection with a foreclosed Home Equity Loan prior to the liquidation thereof, including, without limitation, expenditures for real estate property taxes, hazard insurance premiums, property restoration or preservation.

  • Project Expenses means usual and customary operating and financial costs. The term does not include extraordinary capital expenses, development fees and other non-operating expenses.

  • Related Expenses means any and all costs, liabilities, and expenses (including, without limitation, losses, damages, penalties, claims, actions, reasonable attorney's fees, legal expenses, judgments, suits and disbursements) reasonably incurred by, or imposed upon, or asserted against, Lender in any attempt by Lender:

  • Eligible Expenses means expenses incurred for Medical Services rendered with respect to a Disability.

  • Capital Expenses expenses that are capital in nature or required under GAAP to be capitalized.

  • Reimbursable Costs means expenses incurred by the employee in the course of engaging in the planned learning activity and include registration, tuition and examination fees as well as textbooks/discs and applicable taxes. They may also include reasonable, incremental meal, accommodation and travel expenses.

  • Insured Expenses Expenses covered by an Insurance Policy or any other insurance policy with respect to the Mortgage Loans.

  • Reasonable Additional Expenses means expenses for meals, taxi fares, essential telephone calls, local transportation, and lodging which are necessarily incurred as the result of Trip Delay and which are not provided by the Common Carrier or any other party free of charge.

  • Prepaid Ordinary Expenses shall be zero for this Series.

  • Reasonable Operating Expenses means expenses that arise from the operation, maintenance and routine repair of the Project, including all payments and deposits required under this Agreement and any of the Loan Documents, and that comply with the requirements of 24 C.F.R. 232.1007, or successor regulation.

  • Insurance Expenses means any Insurance Proceeds (i) applied to the repair of the related Leased Vehicle, (ii) released to the related Lessee in accordance with applicable law or the Customary Servicing Practices or (iii) representing other related expenses incurred by the Servicer that are not otherwise included in Liquidation Expenses or Disposition Expenses and recoverable by the Servicer under any applicable Servicer Basic Documents.

  • Delivery Expenses means all costs, taxes, duties and/or expenses, including stamp duty, stamp duty reserve tax and/or other costs, duties or taxes arising from the delivery of the Asset Amount.

  • Operational Expenses means expenses of the clerk of court used to maintain the clerk's office and includes, but is not limited to, (i) computer support, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and replacements and office automation and information technology equipment, including software and conversion services; (ii) preserving, maintaining, and enhancing court records, including, but not limited to, the costs of repairs, maintenance, consulting services, service contracts, redaction of social security numbers from certain records, and system replacements or upgrades; and (iii) improving public access to records maintained by the clerk, including locating technology in an offsite facility for such purposes or for implementation of a disaster recovery plan.
