Approved Engineer definition

Approved Engineer means Netherland, Xxxxxx and Associates, Inc. or any other independent petroleum engineer satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its sole and absolute discretion.

Approved Engineer means (a) Xxxxx Xxxxx Company Petroleum Engineers, Netherland, Xxxxxx & Associates, Inc., Collarini Engineering, Inc., XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx, GLJ Petroleum Consultants Ltd., Xxxxxxx Associates Ltd., or XxXxxxxx & Associates Consultants Ltd. or (b) such other firm of independent petroleum engineers expert in the matters required to be performed in connection with the preparation and delivery of an Independent Reserve Report and reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Approved Engineer means any independent engineer recognized in the U.S. oil and gas loan syndication market and satisfactory to Xxxxxx. The parties agree that Xxxxxxx X. Xxxx & Associates, Inc., and Octagon Advisors are deemed to be Approved Engineers.

Approved Engineer means one or more professional consulting civil engineering companies approved by the City that is/are responsible for preparing plans and specifications for the construction of the Utility Improvements. For purposes of this Contract, the Approved Engineers are Xxxxx and Xxxxxx, P.C. and Xxxxxxx Associates, unless such Approved Engineers are changed as provided hereafter.
