Approved Capital Expenditure Budget definition

Approved Capital Expenditure Budget means the capital expenditure program set out at Appendix 7 and any amendments to such program as may be agreed in writing between the Seller and the Purchaser;
Approved Capital Expenditure Budget means a Capital Expenditure Budget that has been submitted by Sharyland and Approved (as defined in the Company Agreement) by the Delegatee in accordance with Section 8.1 of the Company Agreement.
