Approved Business Plan definition

Approved Business Plan means any Business Plan that is approved by the Company Board and that contains the Mandatory Requirements and complies with the Initial Approved Business Plan.

Approved Business Plan shall have the meaning set forth in the LLC Operating Agreement.

• If such referral does not result in an agreement on a Member [***] Budget within ten (10) days of such referral, then the [***] shall become an approved amendment to the Initial Business Plan (and the Initial Business Plan as so amended shall be a Disputed Approved Business Plan), and the Authorized Officers, or the Chief Executive Officer, as applicable, shall implement the amended Initial Business Plan as promptly as commercially practicable.

More Definitions of Approved Business Plan

Approved Business Plan means either an Undisputed Approved Business Plan or a Disputed Approved Business Plan, as in effect from time to time.

Approved Business Plan has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Stock Purchase Agreement.
