In accordance with Article 7, Pinnacle will pay out of the Operating Account the operating expenses of the Project and any other payments relating to the Project required by the terms of this Agreement or set forth in the Approved Annual Business Plan.
Manager shall have the right to arrange for the purchase by Owner, at Owner’s expense, in an economical and efficient manner of all inventories, supplies and equipment which, in the ordinary course of business, are commercially reasonably necessary and appropriate to maintain and operate each Property in accordance with the Standards of Conduct and the Approved Annual Business Plan and Budget (subject to Permitted Variances).
