Approval Letters definition

Approval Letters means collectively:
Approval Letters means the approval letter(s) in relation to an Application and the Facilities to which it relates. “Bank” means United Overseas Bank Limited and includes it successors and assigns.

Related to Approval Letters

  • Approval Letter means the letter from WRAS to the Applicant confirming the grant of WRAS Approval in respect of a Product;

  • CPUC Approval means a final and non-appealable order of the CPUC, without conditions or modifications unacceptable to the Parties, or either of them, which contains the following terms:

  • Company Acquisition Proposal means any proposal for a merger or other business combination involving the Company or the acquisition of any equity interest in, or a substantial portion of the assets of, the Company, other than the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
