design and access statement means the document certified as the design and access statement by the Secretary of State for the purposes of this Order;
Line Information Data Base (“LIDB”) means a Service Control Point (SCP) database that provides for such functions as calling card validation for telephone line number cards issued by Embarq and other entities and validation for collect and billed-to-third services.
Line Information Data Base (LIDB means a transaction-oriented database system that functions as a centralized repository for data storage and retrieval. LIDB is accessible through CCS networks. LIDB contains records associated with End User line numbers and special billing numbers.
Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.
Electronic and Information Resources means information resources, including information resources technologies, and any equipment or interconnected system of equipment that is used in the creation, conversion, duplication, or delivery of data or information. The term includes telephones and other telecommunications products, information kiosks, transaction machines, Internet websites, multimedia resources, and office equipment, including copy machines and fax machines.
Requested Information has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a).
Unauthorized Access means the gaining of access to a “Computer System” by an unauthorized person or an authorized person in an unauthorized manner.
Data Tape Information The information provided by the Originators as of the Cut-off Date to the Depositor or the Purchaser setting forth the following information with respect to each Mortgage Loan: (1) the Mortgagor's name; (2) as to each Mortgage Loan, the Scheduled Principal Balance as of the Cut-off Date; (3) the Mortgage Rate Cap; (4) the Index; (5) a code indicating whether the Mortgaged Property is owner occupied; (6) the type of Mortgaged Property; (7) the first date on which the Scheduled Payment was due on the Mortgage Loan and, if such date is not consistent with the Due Date currently in effect, such Due Date; (8) the "paid through date" based on payments received from the related Mortgagor; (9) the original principal amount of the Mortgage Loan; (10) with respect to Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loans, the Maximum Mortgage Rate; (11) the type of Mortgage Loan (i.e., Fixed Rate or Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan); (12) a code indicating the purpose of the loan (i.e., purchase, rate and term refinance, equity take out refinance); (13) a code indicating the documentation style (i.e., full, asset verification, income verification and no documentation); (14) the credit risk score (FICO score); (15) the loan credit grade classification (as described in the underwriting guidelines); (16) with respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the Minimum Mortgage Rate; (17) the Mortgage Rate at origination; (18) with respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the first Adjustment Date immediately following the Cut-off Date; (19) the value of the Mortgaged Property; (20) a code indicating the type of Prepayment Charges applicable to such Mortgage Loan (including any prepayment penalty term), if any; (21) with respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the Periodic Mortgage Rate Cap; (22) the applicable Originator of such Mortgage Loan; (23) with respect to each First Lien Mortgage Loan, the LTV at origination, and with respect to each Second Lien Mortgage Loan, the CLTV at origination; and (24) if such Mortgage Loan is covered by a primary mortgage insurance policy or a lender-paid primary mortgage insurance policy, the primary mortgage insurance rate. With respect to the Mortgage Loans in the aggregate, the Data Tape Information shall set forth the following information, as of the Cut-off Date: (1) the number of Mortgage Loans; (2) the current aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Mortgage Loans; (3) the weighted average Mortgage Rate of the Mortgage Loans; and (4) the weighted average maturity of the Mortgage Loans.
Location information means a consumer's place of abode and his telephone number at that place or his place of employment;

Restricted access area means a designated and secure area within a Licensed Premises in a Retail Marijuana Store where Retail Marijuana and Retail Marijuana Product are sold, possessed for sale, and displayed for sale, and where no one under the age of 21 is permitted.

Criminal history record information means information collected by state and federalcriminal justice agencies on individuals consisting of identifiable descriptions and notations of arrests, detentions, indictments, bills of information, or any formal criminal charges, and any disposition arising therefrom, including sentencing, criminal correctional supervision, and release, but does not include intelligence for investigatory purposes, nor does it include any identification information which does not indicate involvement of the individual in the criminal justice system.
Price Sensitive Information means any information which relates, directly or indirectly, to a company and which if published is likely to materially affect the price of securities of the company.
Limited access area means an area in which cannabis goods are stored or held and is only accessible to a licensee and its employees and contractors.
Covered Rating Agency Information means any Provided Information furnished to the Rating Agencies in connection with issuing, monitoring and/or maintaining the Securities.
Sensitive Information means any Information that is collected, processed, maintained, used, shared, or disseminated in connection with this Order that warrants protection to ensure its confidentiality, integrity and availability including, but not limited to, any Northrop Grumman Proprietary Information and third party proprietary Information, Personal Information, Federal Contract Information as defined in FAR 52.204-21, Covered Defense Information as defined in DFARS 252.204-7012, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) defined in the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) Registry.
Transparency Information means the content of this Contract in its entirety, including from time to time agreed changes to the Contract, and details of any payments made by the Authority to the Contractor under the Contract;
Protocol of Delivery and Acceptance means the protocol of delivery and acceptance of the Ship to be signed by the Borrower and the Builder in accordance with Article 8 of the Shipbuilding Contract.
Information Provider means the person or organisation providing the Information under this licence.
Automatic Location Identification (“ALI”) means a feature that provides the caller’s telephone number, address and the names of the Emergency Response agencies that are responsible for that address.
Commercially Sensitive Information Schedule means the Schedule containing a list of the Commercially Sensitive Information.
Coordinated licensure information system means an integrated process for collecting, storing, and sharing information on nurse licensure and enforcement activities related to nurse licensure laws that is administered by a nonprofit organization composed of and controlled by licensing boards.
