Approach Zone definition

Approach Zone means a zone that extends away from the runway ends along the extended runway centerline, with the floor set by the approach surfaces.
Approach Zone means all that land which lies directly under an imaginary approach surface centered on the extended centerline at each end of a runway. The inner edge of the approach surface is at the same width and elevation as, and coincides, with the end of the primary surface. The approach surface is applied to each end of each runway based upon the type of approach available or planned for that runway end.
Approach Zone means the land lying under a surface longitudinally centered on the extended runway centerline and extending outward and upward from each end of the primary surface. (Note: An approach surface is applied to each end of each runway based upon the type of approach available or planned for that runway end.)

Approach Zone means the approach area to a runway and landing strip having dimensions as hereinafter described and the centerline of which coincides with the centerline of the runway and landing strip extended. (The dimensions of the landing strips at Grenier Field (Manchester Airport) are: N/S 7000' by 150'; NE/SW 5850' by 150'; NW/SE 5430 by 150'; each of the landing strips is 500' wide and the same length of the runway.
