APPOINTMENT OF REPRESENTATIVE means the appointment of a First Nation Trustee representative to the Board in accordance with the provisions of the Education Act, Sections (5), (6) and (7) and Ontario Regulation 462/97, First Nations Representation on Boards, as outlined in this agreement.
