Appointment of Auditor. The General Partner will, on behalf of the Partnership, select the Auditor on behalf of the Partnership to review and report to the Partners upon the financial statements of the Partnership for, and as at the end of each Fiscal Year, and to advise upon and make determinations with regard to financial questions relating to the Partnership or required by this Agreement to be determined by the Auditor.
Appointment of Auditor. COH may appoint an internationally- recognized independent accounting firm reasonably acceptable to Licensee to inspect the relevant books of account of Licensee and its Sublicensees to verify any reports or statements provided, or amounts paid or invoiced (as appropriate), by Licensee or its Sublicensees.
Appointment of Auditor. The General Partner shall appoint the Auditor of the Limited Partnership, from time to time.

The independent accounting firm (and any individuals, if applicable) appointed to perform the examination under this Agreement must execute a confidential disclosure agreement with the audited Party, or otherwise be subject to terms governing non-use and non-disclosure of information that the audited Party has agreed in writing are acceptable.
Appointment of Auditor. The Auditor of each Trust shall be a person nominated by the Manager and agreed to by the Trustee (that agreement not to be unreasonably withheld) and shall be appointed by the Trustee within three months of the creation of that Trust under this Deed on such terms and conditions as the Trustee and the Manager agree. The Auditor holds office subject to this clause.
Appointment of Auditor. Subject to Section 88 of the Act, at the annual general meeting or at a subsequent special general meeting in each year, an independent representative of the Members shall be appointed by them as Auditor of the accounts of the Company. Such Auditor may be a Member but no Director, Officer or employee of the Company shall, during his or her continuance in office, be eligible to act as an Auditor of the Company.
Appointment of Auditor. 64.1 Subject to the Companies Act and provided that the Members have not waived the requirement to hold an annual general meeting or appoint an Auditor, at the annual general meeting or at a subsequent special general meeting in each year, an independent representative of the Members shall be appointed by them as Auditor of the accounts of the Company.

Appointment of Auditor. 73.1 Subject to the Act, at the annual general meeting or at a subsequent special general meeting in each year, the Members shall appoint one or more Auditors to hold office until the close of the next annual general meeting.
Appointment of Auditor. If the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of Clause 22.1(a), the Company may audit the Lessor's compliance with that clause. The Lessor must promptly comply with the requests of the Company or any auditor appointed by the Company in relation to an audit pursuant to this clause.
