Application User ID means an Application User identity and password.

User ID means Identification characters used by the user for the purpose of login to the Website.
Customer Application means a software program in Object Code format that Customer has created and which integrates, in whole or in part, Value Added Technology, a Source Code Output File and/or a Binary Output File.
Application packet means the information, documents, and fees required by the Department for the:
Access Application means an application for Access Rights as described in section 3.7;
Unique User ID means a string of characters that identifies a specific user and which, in conjunction with a password, passphrase or other mechanism, authenticates a user to an information system.
