Application Service Provider (ASP) definition

Application Service Provider (ASP) means a Service Provider that offers or distributes one or more of the Application Service Provider Services to End Users;
Application Service Provider (ASP) means a licensee authorised by the Authority to provide Application Services;
Application Service Provider (ASP) means an entity which provides outsourcing services, application services or service bureau services and allows End Users (defined below) access to the Programs (defined below) either over the internet or otherwise.
