Application Pack definition

Application Pack means the application pack or transfer form to be completed by you when applying to open or invest in an ISA;
Application Pack means the Brooks Macdonald application pack completed by the client and the Professional Adviser (where applicable) seeking the provision of the Services described in the application pack and these Terms.
Application Pack means the Brochure, the Services Guide, the Application Form, the Portfolio Management Agreement, the Custody Agreement and this Glossary.
