Application for Mechanical Completion definition

Application for Mechanical Completion means the application for Mechanical Completion that is to be submitted by Contractor to Owner as contemplated by Section 9.1, the form of which is attached hereto as Attachment XXVII.

Examples of Application for Mechanical Completion in a sentence

  • Once Owner and Authority Construction Monitor determine that the Work is Mechanically Complete, Owner shall deliver a Mechanical Completion Certificate to Contractor, which shall be deemed to have been delivered by Owner on the date that the applicable Application for Mechanical Completion was issued by Contractor.

  • If Owner and Authority Construction Monitor fail to respond to Contractor with its approval or disapproval of the revised Application for Mechanical Completion within such five (5) Business Day period, then Contractor shall be entitled to a Change Order pursuant to ARTICLE 8 extending the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date on a day for day basis for each day after such period that Owner and Authority Construction Monitor have not responded with its approval or disapproval.

  • If Owner and Authority Construction Monitor fail to respond to Contractor with its approval or disapproval of the Application for Mechanical Completion within such five (5) Business Day period, then Contractor shall be entitled to a Change Order pursuant to ARTICLE 8 extending the Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date on a day for day basis for each day after such period that Owner has not responded with its approval or disapproval.

Related to Application for Mechanical Completion

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Practical Completion means that stage in the execution of a Named Project when the Works have been completed in accordance with the terms of the relevant Building Contract and/or the terms of this Agreement such that the AHP Dwellings comprised within the Named Project are fit for beneficial occupation as a residential development in accordance with applicable NHBC or equivalent requirements current at the date of inspection subject only to the existence of minor defects and/or minor omissions at the time of inspection which are capable of being made good or carried out without materially interfering with the beneficial use and enjoyment of the Named Project and which would be reasonable to include in a snagging list, and Practically Complete shall be construed accordingly; Process has the meaning ascribed to it in the DPA; Procurement Law means (as the case may be):

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Certificate of Substantial Completion means the certificate executed by the A/E, ODR and Contractor that documents to the best of A/E’s and ODR’s knowledge and understanding, Contractor’s sufficient completion of the work in accordance with the Contract, so as to be operational and fit for the use intended.

The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Renewal Application means a document used to collect pertinent data for renewal of permits

  • Notice to Proceed (NTP) means the authorization issued by the CO to start performance on this Contract.

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.
