Application 1 means the Patent Application filed May 25, 1984, in the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) by Xxxxxx, Miele and Xxxxx, U.S. Serial No. 614,350, entitled "Autocatalytic Replication of Recombinant RNA" including continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions, reissues, and reexaminations and related foreign counterpart applications on any continuation-in-part applications.
