Applicable Transfer Date definition

Applicable Transfer Date means the date on which a Delayed Transfer Employee actually commences employment with the TimkenSteel Group or the Bearings Group (as applicable).

Applicable Transfer Date means the date on which a Delayed Transfer Employee actually commences employment with the Labcorp Group or the Fortrea Group (as applicable).

Notwithstanding the foregoing, for purposes of this Article X only, if an individual is a Delayed Transfer Employee, such individual will not be considered to have terminated on his or her Applicable Transfer Date.
