Applicable Timetable Planning Rules definition

Applicable Timetable Planning Rules means the Timetable Planning Rules in force in respect of the Routes on the date on which Services may first be operated by the Train Operator under this contract, as from time to time amended or replaced under Part D of the Network Code;
Applicable Timetable Planning Rules means the Timetable Planning Rules in force in respect of the Routes on the Services Commencement Date, as from time to time amended or replaced under Part D of the Network Code;
Applicable Timetable Planning Rules means the HAL Timetable Planning Rules in force in respect of the Routes Network on the date on which Services may first be operated by the Train Operator under this contract, as from time to time amended or replaced under Part D of the HAL Network Code;

  • Changes to the Applicable Engineering Access Statement and the Applicable Timetable Planning Rules are subject to regulatory protection (including appeals) in accordance with Part D of the Network Code.

Applicable Timetable Planning Rules has the meaning ascribed to it in Part A of the HS1 Network Code;
Applicable Timetable Planning Rules means the Timetable Planning Rules in force in respect of the Routes at the Principal Change Date in December 2013, as from time to time amended or replaced under Part D of the Network Code;

Related to Applicable Timetable Planning Rules

  • Applicable Timetable means, in respect of any day, that part of the Working Timetable in respect of that day which is required to be drawn up in accordance with Condition D2.1.1 of the Network Code as at 22:00 hours on the day prior to that day; "Bi-annual Timetable" means either of the following:

  • Applicable Time means (i) each Representation Date and (ii) the time of each sale of any Placement Shares pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Base Prospectus means the base prospectus referred to in paragraph 1(a) above contained in the Registration Statement at the Execution Time.

  • Issuer Limited Use Free Writing Prospectus means any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus that is not an Issuer General Use Free Writing Prospectus.

  • 430B Information means information included in a prospectus then deemed to be a part of the Registration Statement pursuant to Rule 430B(e) or retroactively deemed to be a part of the Registration Statement pursuant to Rule 430B(f).

  • General Use Issuer Free Writing Prospectus means any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus that is intended for general distribution to prospective investors, as evidenced by its being so specified in Schedule B to this Agreement.

  • Limited Use Issuer Free Writing Prospectus means any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus that is not a General Use Issuer Free Writing Prospectus.

  • Issuer General Use Free Writing Prospectus means any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus that is intended for general distribution to prospective investors (other than a “bona fide electronic road show,” as defined in Rule 433 (the “Bona Fide Electronic Road Show”)), as evidenced by its being specified in Schedule 2-B hereto.

  • 430C Information means information included in a prospectus then deemed to be a part of the Registration Statement pursuant to Rule 430C.
