Applicable Stock Price definition

Applicable Stock Price means, in respect of a Conversion Date, the average of the Closing Sale Prices per share of Common Stock over the five-Trading Day period starting the third Trading Day following such Conversion Date.

Applicable Stock Price has the meaning specified in Section 4.02(a).
Applicable Stock Price means, for any Notes to be converted, the average of the Last Reported Sale Prices of the Common Stock over the ten Trading Day period starting on, and including, the third Trading Day following the Conversion Date for such Notes.
