Applicable Notice Period definition

Applicable Notice Period means a period of three (3) months plus one (1) additional month for each complete calendar year of service performed by the Employee pursuant hereto, up to a maximum Applicable Notice Period of six (6) months;
Applicable Notice Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7(l).
