Applicable Non-Compete Period definition

Applicable Non-Compete Period means:
Applicable Non-Compete Period means that period of one year following the termination of Executive's employment hereunder.

  • With respect to subparagraph (a) above, the Applicable Non-Compete Period shall be twelve months following the ELC Stockholder's final date of employment by GPE or any of GPE's subsidiaries.


More Definitions of Applicable Non-Compete Period

Applicable Non-Compete Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(f).
Applicable Non-Compete Period means: (a) unless and until the Executive's employment under this Agreement is terminated prior to the scheduled end of the Term, the period beginning on the execution date of this Agreement and ending on the date of the scheduled end of the Term; (b) if the Executive's employment under this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 4.2, Section 4.3 or Section 4.6 hereof or for any other reason (other than as set forth in clause (c) below), the period beginning on the execution date of this Agreement and ending on the date which is 180 days after scheduled end of the Term; and (c) if the Executive's employment under this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 4.5 hereof, the period beginning on the execution date of this Agreement and ending on the first to occur of (i) the date which is the three-month anniversary of the date of termination and (ii) the date of the scheduled end of the Term.
Applicable Non-Compete Period means: (a) unless and until the Executive's employment under this Agreement is terminated prior to the scheduled end of the Term, the period beginning on July 10, 2002 and ending on the date which is 180 days after the scheduled end of the Term (as such Term may be extended from time to time pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof); (b) if the Executive's employment under this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 4.2 hereof or Section 4.3 hereof or for any other reason (other than as set forth in clause (c) below), the period beginning on July 10, 2002 and ending on the date which is 180 days after scheduled end of the Term (as such Term may be extended from time to time pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof); (c) if the Executive's employment under this Agreement is terminated without "cause" pursuant to Section 4.5 hereof, the period beginning on July 10, 2002 and ending on the date of the scheduled end of the Term (as such Term may be extended from time to time pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof); (d) if on or prior to the date of the scheduled end of the Term (as such Term may be extended from time to time pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof), the Executive rejects an offer by the Company to extend this Agreement pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof on reasonable terms, the period beginning on July 10, 2002 and ending on the date which is 180 days after the scheduled end of the Term (as such Term may be extended from time to time pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof); and (e) if the Company elects not to extend this Agreement pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof, the period beginning on July 10, 2002 and ending on the date of the scheduled end of the Term (as such Term may be extended from time to time pursuant to Section 2.1 hereof)
Applicable Non-Compete Period means all periods after the License has been granted and before it has been terminated in accordance with Section 4 and that period of six (6) months following the termination of the License.
