Applicable Margin for LIBOR Loans means the number of basis points set forth beside the Leverage Ratio applicable at any given time (as determined by Agent based upon the most recent compliance certificate delivered to Agent in accordance with Section 7.1(e) hereof or otherwise and effective as of the date of receipt of such certificate if such certificate is accepted by Agent) in the following grid after adjustment for insurance costs and other appropriate regulatory costs and adjustments (other than reserve requirements): Leverage Ratio Basis Points <25% 150.0 ³25% and <35% 165.0 ³35% and <40% 175.0 ³40% and <45% 200.0 ³45% and <50% 225.0 ³50% 250.0

Examples of Applicable Margin for LIBOR Loans in a sentence

  • The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Lender a letter of credit fee at a rate per annum equal to the Applicable Margin for LIBOR Loans times the daily average Stated Amount of each Letter of Credit for the period from and including the date of issuance of such Letter of Credit (x) to and including the date such Letter of Credit expires or is cancelled or (y) to but excluding the date such Letter of Credit is drawn in full.

  • The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Revolving Lender a letter of credit fee at a rate per annum equal to the Applicable Margin for LIBOR Loans times the daily average Stated Amount of each Letter of Credit for the period from and including the date of issuance of such Letter of Credit (i) to and including the date such Letter of Credit expires or is cancelled or terminated or (ii) to but excluding the date such Letter of Credit is drawn in full.

Related to Applicable Margin for LIBOR Loans

  • LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.

  • Eurodollar Rate Margin means the margin over the Eurodollar Rate used in determining the rate of interest of Eurodollar Rate Loans pursuant to subsection 2.2A.

  • Applicable Margin means, with respect to Advances of any Type at any time, the percentage rate per annum which is applicable at such time with respect to Advances of such Type as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • LIBOR Rate Margin has the meaning set forth in the definition of Applicable Margin.

  • Applicable Margins means collectively the Applicable Revolver Index Margin, the Applicable Term Loan Index Margin, the Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin and the Applicable Term Loan LIBOR Margin.

  • Eurodollar Margin means the percentage set forth in Schedule 1 hereto beside the then applicable Level.

  • LIBOR Margin has the meaning given that term in Section 2.2.(c)(ii)(D).

  • Applicable LIBOR Rate Margin means the following per annum percentages, applicable in the following situations:

  • Applicable LIBOR Margin means a per annum rate of interest payable in addition to the LIBOR Rate on LIBOR Rate Loans, determined by reference to Section 1.6.

  • Applicable Prime Rate Margin shall have the meaning provided in section 2.7(g).

  • Eurocurrency Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Revolving Loans.

  • Prime Rate Margin is set forth on Schedule I hereto.

  • Reference Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest as provided in Section 2.09(a).

  • USD-LIBOR-BBA As defined in the Swap Agreement in the Annex to the 2000 ISDA Definitions.

  • Eurodollar Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(ii).

  • USD LIBOR means the London interbank offered rate for U.S. dollars.

  • Eurodollar Base Rate has the meaning specified in the definition of Eurodollar Rate.

  • LIBOR has the meaning specified in the definition of Eurodollar Rate.
