Applicable Construction Loan Margin definition

Applicable Construction Loan Margin means: (a) as of March 21, 2014, an interest rate of Six and six one-hundredths percent (6.06%) (the “Initial Applicable Construction Loan Margin”); and (b) on each date calculated under Section 2.04 for any Advance, an interest rate equal to the Initial Applicable Construction Loan Margin, increased or decreased, by the amount of the Construction Credit Spread Adjustment. However, in no event shall the Applicable Construction Loan Margin be less than five and thirty two one-hundredths percent (5.32%).
Applicable Construction Loan Margin means from and including the Financial Closing Date to but excluding the Term-Conversion Date, (a) with respect to the LIBO Rate Loans, an interest rate equal to 1.75% per annum and (b) with respect to the Base Rate Loans, an interest rate equal to 0.75% per annum.
Applicable Construction Loan Margin means (i) from and including the Financial Closing Date to but excluding the date on which the New York State Appellate Division, Third Department issues an order dismissing the Appeal Proceeding (as defined in the Appeal Proceeding Side Letter (Noble/Dexia)), 1.375% and (ii) from and including the date of such dismissal described in clause (i), above, to but excluding the Term-Conversion Date, 1.25%.

Examples of Applicable Construction Loan Margin in a sentence

  • Borrower shall pay interest on the applicable date as set forth in Section 2.4(a) on the unpaid principal amount of each Equity Bridge Loan calculated from the date of such Equity Bridge Loan until the maturity thereof at a rate per annum, at all times during each Interest Period for such Equity Bridge Loan, equal to the LIBO Rate for such Interest Period plus the Applicable Construction Loan Margin.

  • Once set for a particular Advance, the Applicable Construction Loan Margin shall remain fixed for such Advance during the entire term of the Construction Note unless adjusted by Lender due to a Market Disruption Event as set forth in Section 7.16.

  • Borrowing Base Utilization Percentage means, as of any day, the fraction expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the sum of the Revolving Credit Exposures of the Lenders on such day, and the denominator of which is the Borrowing Base in effect on such day.
