Apple FCU Product definition

Apple FCU Product means each and every account, product or service we offer that you apply for, own, use, administer or access, either now or in the future. Apple FCU Products include Electronic Services. • The words “include” and “including,” when used at the beginning of a list of one or more items, indicates that the list contains examples – the list is not exclusive or exhaustive, and the items in the list are only illustrations. They are not the only possible items that could appear in the list. Certain laws require us to provide application disclosures, periodic account statements, and account notices to you, and you have the right to receive these on paper. According to ESIGN, Apple FCU may provide this information to you electronically if we first present this ESIGN Member Consent to Use Electronic Signatures and Documents disclosure and obtain your consent to receive electronic disclosures and conduct transactions electronically.

From time to time, you may seek to obtain a new Apple FCU Product from us.

Your consent covers all Communications relating to any Apple FCU Product.

You will find the appropriate contact information in the account statement or agreement for the Apple FCU Product related to the Electronic Record.

Related to Apple FCU Product

Board means the Board of Directors of the Company.
Person means any individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, association, joint-stock company, trust, unincorporated organization or government or any agency or political subdivision thereof.
Department means the department of natural resources.
Datalogic Product means the Datalogic® Gryphon™ series scanner product, including all embedded Software in and all Documentation related to such product, which has been purchased or otherwise acquired by End User, whether obtained directly or indirectly from Datalogic.
New Product has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Material Underwriting Policy Change.”
Egg Product means all, or a portion of, the contents found inside eggs separated from the shell and pasteurized in a food processing plant, with or without added ingredients, intended for human consumption, such as dried, frozen or liquid eggs. It does not include food which contains eggs only in a relatively small proportion such as cake mixes.
Licensed Product means any product or part thereof which:
Diagnostic Product means an assemblage of reagents, including but not limited to reagents packaged in the form of a kit, useful in performing a Licensed Service.
WTO GPA country end product means an article that—
Cannabis product means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.
End product means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired under the contract for public use.
Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp, including, but not limited to, cloth, cordage, fiber, food, fuel, paint, paper, particleboard, plastics, seed, seed meal and seed oil for consumption, and certified seed for cultivation if the seeds originate from industrial hemp varieties;
Royalty Product means, either (a) an Alnylam Royalty Product, or (b) an Inex Royalty Product.
Drug Product means a specific drug in dosage form from a known source of manufacture, whether

Milk product or "dairy product" means cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, reduced fat cottage cheese, lowfat cottage cheese, cream, light cream, light whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, whipped light cream, sour cream, acidified sour cream, cultured sour cream, half-and-half, sour half-and-half, acidified sour half-and-half, cultured sour half-and-half, reconstituted or recombined milk and milk products, concentrated milk, concentrated milk products, skim milk, lowfat milk, frozen milk concentrate, flavored milk, eggnog, buttermilk, cultured milk, cultured lowfat milk, cultured skim milk, yogurt, lowfat yogurt, nonfat yogurt, acidified milk, acidified lowfat milk, acidified skim milk, low-sodium milk, low-sodium lowfat milk, low-sodium skim milk, lactose-reduced milk, lactose-reduced lowfat milk, lactose-reduced skim milk, aseptically processed and packaged milk, milk products with added safe and suitable microbial organisms, and any other milk product made by the addition or subtraction of milkfat or addition of safe and suitable optional ingredients for protein, vitamin, or mineral fortification. Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:
Generic Product means, with respect to a particular Collaboration Product in a particular country in the Territory, any product that (a) is distributed by a Third Party under a separate Drug Approval Application approved by a Regulatory Authority in reliance, in whole or in part, on the Drug Approval Application for such Collaboration Product in such country (or on safety or efficacy data submitted in support of the Drug Approval Application for such Collaboration Product in such country), including any product authorized for sale (i) in the U.S. pursuant to Section 505(b)(2) or Section 505(j) of the FFDCA (21 U.S.C. § 355(b)(2) and 21 U.S.C. § 355(j), respectively), (ii) in the European Union pursuant to a provision of Articles 10, 10a or 10b of Parliament and Council Directive 2001/83/EC as amended (including an application under Article 6.1 of Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No. 726/2004 that relies for its content on any such provision) or (iii) in any other country or jurisdiction pursuant to an equivalent of such provisions or (b) is substitutable under Applicable Law for such Collaboration Product when dispensed without the intervention of a physician or other health care provider with prescribing authority.
Spray buff product means a product designed to restore a worn floor finish in conjunction with a floor buffing machine and special pad.
Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.
Therapeutic Product means a health product categorised as a therapeutic product in the First Schedule to the Act;
Commercialization means any and all activities directed to the preparation for sale of, offering for sale of, or sale of a Product, including activities related to marketing, promoting, distributing, and importing such Product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding any of the foregoing. When used as a verb, “to Commercialize” and “Commercializing” means to engage in Commercialization, and “Commercialized” has a corresponding meaning.
Aerosol product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”
complex product means a product which is composed of multiple components which can be replaced permitting disassembly and re-assembly of the product.
Edible cannabis product means cannabis product that is intended to be used, in whole or in part, for human consumption, including, but not limited to, chewing gum, but excluding products set forth in Division 15 (commencing with Section 32501) of the Food and Agricultural Code. An edible cannabis product is not considered food, as defined by Section 109935 of the Health and Safety Code, or a drug, as defined by Section 109925 of the Health and Safety Code.
