Appeal Period definition

Appeal Period. Shall have the meaning set forth in Section 29.20(b) (Non-appealable PUC Approval Order) of this Agreement.
Appeal Period means the period beginning on the first day on which an appeal to the Secretary of State may be brought and ending on the last day on which it may be brought or, if it is brought, ending on its final determination, or abandonment;
Appeal Period means the period of time specified by statute or court rule within which an appeal may be taken by any party from the grant of any Governmental Approval.

Examples of Appeal Period in a sentence

  • In the event that, despite good faith negotiations, by the end of the applicable Appeal Period, the Revocation Event has not been cured to PCI SSC’s reasonable satisfaction or the parties are unable to otherwise resolve PCI SSC’s concerns to PCI SSC’s reasonable satisfaction, PCI SSC may permanently revoke its Acceptance of (and accordingly, may permanently delist) the applicable Listed Product(s) immediately upon written notice to Vendor.

  • The 60-Day Appeal Period will start four (4) calendar days after the "date shipped" of TERI's written rejection.

  • A new 60 Day Appeal Period is started for each subsequent reject if the reject reason differs from the initial reject reason(s); however, if the initial reject reasons(s) has (have) not been addressed, the claim will be rejected without regard to subsequent reject reasons.

Appeal Period has the meaning set forth in Section 24.5(b) (Non-Appealable PUC Approval Order).
