Appeal Commission definition

Appeal Commission means the three-member panel appointed by the Vice-Chair for Trials to review and investigate appeal briefs and to make recommendations to the Executive Committee as to the disposition of appeals, as more particularly described in Section IV.J of these by-laws.
Appeal Commission means the Appeal Commission appointed under section 60.2; (« Commission d'appel »)

  • The Chair of the Charter School Appeal Commission may grant leave to exceed the page limit only when necessary for both parties to address an extraordinarily large or complex set of issues on appeal.
