Apparel Products definition

Apparel Products as used herein, shall mean apparel, footwear, fashion accessories and home textiles (other than the Products and the Co-Branded Products) bearing, marketed in connection with, or otherwise associated with Company’s trademarks and brands that are being sold in Brick and Mortar Retailers.

Apparel Products means casualwear and sportswear for men, ---------------- women, children and infants, including but not limited to T- shirts, sweatshirts, golf shirts, denim products, fleece products, sleep wear, sweaters, woven shirts, outerwear, headgear, sports jerseys, jackets, turtlenecks, bags, aprons, towels, robes and shorts, whether imprintable or imprinted.

Apparel Products means any and all N-Aire treated laminates and treated films for Apparel, any and all Consumer and Protective Apparel, and designated apparel ePTFE Films as identified and prioritized from time to time in writing by TTG and / or added to this Agreement by an addendum signed by both Parties. The initial Apparel Products hereunder are identified in the attached Schedule “A.”

Examples of Apparel Products in a sentence

  • Licensee further agrees that Licensee shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with the manufacture, promotion, sale, advertisement, and/or distribution of the Apparel Products, and that Licensor shall bear no costs whatsoever in connection with the Apparel Products.

  • Licensee agrees that any and all Apparel Products shall contain a logo for "Zo's Summer Groove," as well as the logo for the food Product produced.

  • Pursuant to the NIKE Agreement, Licensor is permitted to grant Licensee the right to produce, manufacture, distribute, and sell Licensor approved t-shirts and hats bearing the logo for "Zo's Summer Groove," a charity event run by Licensor (the "Apparel Products"), so long as the Apparel Products are manufactured by NIKE, Inc.

  • The owner of each Lacoste Boutique and of each Lacoste Corner shall comply scrupulously and in all respects with the instructions of Devanlay, or of the relevant Lacoste Apparel Products Distributor, concerning the merchandising of the Lacoste Watches and of the Other Lacoste Products in the Lacoste Boutiques and in the Lacoste Corners.

  • Devanlay, or the relevant Lacoste Apparel Products Distributor, shall decide with the owner of each Lacoste Boutique and of each Lacoste Corner the manner in which the space reserved for the Lacoste Watches and for the Other Lacoste Products shall be allocated.

  • In the absence of reaction from the Lacoste Apparel Products Distributor within 10 days following the receipt of the copies of the orders for the beginning of the season, such orders may be implemented as such.

  • Devanlay or the relevant Lacoste Apparel Products Distributor shall decide with the owner of each Lacoste Boutique and of each Lacoste Corner, within the limits fixed above, the percentage of the Presentation Surface reserved for the Lacoste Watches and for the Other Lacoste Products.
