Likewise, the functionalities and conditions to use the pertinent “Bancomer API” by the “THIRD PARTY” and its “Final Users” are detailed. "Application": is the website and/or mobile application (without prejudice to the manner that application was developed) property of the “THIRD PARTY”, which may be consulted or used by the selfsame “THIRD PARTY”, its clients or any person ("Final Users") to access and/or use the contents of “Bancomer APIs”. “Bancomer API”: application programming interface (“API”) offered by “BANCOMER” to allow the “THIRD PARTY” or its “Final Users” the consumption and use of “Bancomer APIs” through its Application. "Platform Data": actual data and/or transactions carried out in a productive environment through “Bancomer APIs” to be used or developed in the Application. IV.
