APDs definition

APDs has the meaning set forth in Section 4.19(e).
APDs means the genetic immunodeficiency disorder in humans known as Activated Phosphoinositide 3-kinase Delta Syndrome (or Activated PI3K-Delta Syndrome). For clarity, as used in this Agreement “APDS” includes APDS/PASLI (Activated Phosphoinositide 3kinase Delta Syndrome/p110d-activating Mutation Causing Senescent T Cells, Lymphadenopathy and Immunodeficiency).
