Apartment Use Area definition

Apartment Use Area is the privately used area of the Apartment based on clearance dimensions, including partition wall area between rooms inside the Apartment and balcony, loggia (if any) attached to the Apartment; excluding enclosure wall, partition wall between Apartments and floor area with post and technical box inside the Apartment. When balcony area is calculated, the whole floor area shall be calculated. In case balcony has shared wall area, the inside edge of the shared wall shall be calculated under the approved design (under the Circular No. 03/2014/TT-BXD dated 20/02/2014 by the Ministry of Construction).
Apartment Use Area refers to the privately used area of Apartment determined by Carpet Area, including the area of the partition wall(s) between the rooms inside Apartment and that of the balcony(ies), loggia(s) (if available) of Apartment; excluding that of the enclosing walls, partition walls between Apartments and that of the columns, technical boxes inside Apartment. When determining the area of the balcony(ies), the total floor area must be included; in case the balcony(ies) has/have shared walls, it shall be calculated from the inner edge of each shared wall as clearly expressed in the approved Apartment Site Design Drawing.

More Definitions of Apartment Use Area

Apartment Use Area means the private use area of the Apartment calculated according to the carpet size and recorded in the Certificate issued to the Purchaser, including the area of the partition walls of the inner rooms of the Apartment, balcony area, loggia (if any) attached to that Apartment and excluding the area of the exterior wall of the house, the dividing wall of the Apartment, the floor area with pillars, technical box inside the Apartment. When calculating the balcony area, calculate the entire floor area, in case the balcony has a common wall area, from the inner edge of the common wall which is clearly shown in the drawings of approved flat design of the Apartment.
Apartment Use Area means the area of the Apartment calculated according to the clearance size and be recorded in the Certificate, including the areas of partitions between rooms in the Apartment and the area of balcony, loggia (if any) attached with such Apartment. This area does not include fencing walls of apartment, separation walls between apartments, as well as the area of floor with columns or technical boxes inside the Apartment. When calculating the area of balcony, the whole floor area is included, in case where the balcony includes the common walls area, then the area shall be calculated from the inner edge of the common walls which is shown clearly in the plan drawing of the Apartment as approved.

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;
