Apartment Housing definition

Apartment Housing means development consisting of one or more Dwellings contained within a building in which the Dwellings are arranged in any horizontal or vertical configuration, which does not conform to the definition of any other Residential Use Class.

Apartment Housing shall collectively mean the approximately 1.5 acres of land in Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Mix County, South Dakota, as more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, the 24 unit, three eight-plex buildings thereon and Improvements.

Apartment Housing shall collectively mean the approximately 3.224 acres of land in Prairie View, Xxxxxx County, Texas, as more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and the Improvements.

Examples of Apartment Housing in a sentence

• Any balance remaining in the account at the time of a sale of the Apartment Housing shall be allocated and distributed equally between the General Partner and the Limited Partner.

• In applying the preceding sentence, the Apartment Housing shall not be assigned a value less than the unamortized principal balance of any loan secured thereby.

• Owner hereby confirms the engagement of Developer to act as developer of the Apartment Housing, and to perform the various covenants and obligations of the Developer under this Agreement.

Apartment Housing shall collectively mean the approximately 8.4 acres of land in Boonville, Xxxxxx County, Missouri as more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and the Improvements.

Apartment Housing means the approximately 2.20 acres of land located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx and the approximately 0.29 acres of land located at 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx in the City of Winnemucca, Humboldt County, Nevada, collectively Humboldt Village Apartments, as more fully described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and the Improvements.
