APAH Developer Fee definition
APAH Developer Fee means the fee totaling Million and 00/100 Dollars ($ .00) payable by the Borrower to APAH pursuant to the terms of the APAH Development Fee Agreement.
APAH Developer Fee means the fee totaling Four Million One Hundred Ninety One Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Six and 00/100 Dollars ($4,191,426.00) payable by the Borrower to APAH pursuant to the terms of the APAH Development Fee Agreement.
APAH Developer Fee means the fee totaling $3,000,000.00 payable by the Borrower to APAH pursuant to the terms of that certain Development Agreement, dated as of the Effective Date, by and between the Borrower and APAH (the “APAH Developer Fee Agreement”). Any APAH Developer Fee payments from the Borrower to APAH paid from Residual Receipts shall be payable solely out of the Borrower’s retained Residual Receipts, pursuant to the disbursement of such Residual Receipts to the Borrower under Section 2.05(b)(1) below.
