AOP Term definition

AOP Term means the time period described in Exhibit B.

Examples of AOP Term in a sentence

  • Franchisee acknowledges that its rights in the Area of Protection apply only during the AOP Term.

  • Only the operation of a Hyatt Place Hotel the physical premises of which are located within the Area of Protection during the AOP Term would constitute a violation of this Agreement, unless the one exception noted above applies.

  • Following the AOP Term, Franchisee will have no territorial rights or protection whatsoever, whether within or outside the Area of Protection, and Hyatt and its Affiliates may open and operate, and authorize any other parties to open and operate, other Hyatt Place Hotels the physical premises of which are located within the Area of Protection, including pursuant to franchise agreements and other agreements signed during the AOP Term.

  • Following the expiration of the AOP Term, Franchisee will have no territorial rights or protection whatsoever, whether within or outside the Area of Protection, and Hyatt and its Affiliates may open and operate, and authorize any other parties to open and operate, other Hyatt Place Hotels, the physical premises of which are located within the Area of Protection, including pursuant to franchise agreements and other agreements signed during the AOP Term.

Related to AOP Term

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Renewal Period “Buyer” and “Default” have the same meanings respectively as they have in the Water Agreement.

  • Project Term the period from the Operation Commencement Date to the Expiry Date or the Termination Date, whichever occurs first, which is further described in Clause 3;

  • Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Minimum Term means the minimum period of service for each Service as shown on the Service Agreement, such period to start on the date on which the relevant Service is first made available to you for use;

  • Agreement Term has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.

  • Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Original Term shall have the meaning specified in Section 10 hereof.

  • Fixed Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.3.

  • Contract Term means period of performance set forth in the paragraph entitled “Term” contained in Exhibit E.

  • Initial Period means the period from (and including) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the First Call Date;

  • Additional Term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.

  • Basic Term shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.2 of the Lease.

  • License Term means the duration of a License as specified in the Order.

  • Promotion Period means the period the Promotion is open, as specified in clause 5.1.

  • Collaboration Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(h).

  • Minimum Hire Period means the Minimum Hire Period as described on the invoices, quotation, authority to hire, or any other forms as provided by the Supplier to the Client.

  • The term Trustee" shall mean The Bank of New York Mellon and its successors in interest or any successor trustee appointed as provided in the Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust.

  • Extended Use Period means the period beginning on the 1st day in the compliance period on which such building is part of a qualified low-income housing project, and ending on the later of the date specified by such agency in such agreement, or the date which is 15 years after the close of the compliance period.

  • Period of Extended Hire means any additional period that the Hirer wishes the Agency Worker to be supplied for beyond the duration of the original Assignment or series of assignments as an alternative to paying a Transfer Fee;

  • First Extension Period means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months following the Initial Maturity Date.

  • Initial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(b)(i).

  • Employment Term has the meaning specified in Section 2.
