AOP definition

AOP shall have the meaning specified in clause 11.1.
AOP means the Annual Operating Plan for the Colorado River System Reservoirs.
AOP means, as of the last day of a given fiscal year of the Company, the ratio of (1) the excess of (a) the product of (i) EBITDA and (ii) the Fixed Market Multiple over (b) Net Debt to (2) the Company’s number of Diluted Shares. For the avoidance of doubt, the AOP shall be calculated as follows:

Examples of AOP in a sentence

  • Supporting documentation will itemize details of billing, listing personnel, equipment, travel and per diem, aircraft, supplies and purchases as approved in the attached AOP.

More Definitions of AOP

AOP shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.1.
AOP has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
AOP means a planning document regarding how interparty cooperation is to be implemented within the County. It is intended that any such document will be adopted on an annual basis by, between and among pertinent parties. Such parties might include the County, the Sheriff, DFPC, federal land agencies, and/or other participants.
