Aohua means Shenzhen Aohua Medical Services Co., Ltd. , a Sino-foreign joint venture incorporated under the laws of the PRC. “Aohua Leasing” means Shenzhen Aohua Medical Leasing and Services Co., Ltd. , a Sino-foreign joint venture incorporated under the laws of the PRC. “Balance Sheet Date” means December 31, 2007. “Business Day” means a day, other than Saturday, Sunday or other day on which commercial banks in the US, Hong Kong or the PRC are authorized or required by applicable Laws to close. “China Medstar” means China Medstar Pte.
